About the event
Woodcraft for Wellbeing
(Adapted for the indoors)
What is it?
Immersive and hands-on workshops designed to support mental health and build resilience while learning and practicing practical skills and simple but effective mindfulness techniques. Experience the calming, creative power of carving and nature -based craft while creating and strengthening meaningful connection to ourselves, each other and to nature.
What will we do?
Each session allows time and space for community sharing, focused creativity, and quiet achievement.
