Not only is the location absolutely beautiful, Tamara also has the most perfect way of making each and every member of the group feel welcome, understood and cared for. I opened up in a way I didn't think I would and learned so much about myself through being with other women I probably would never meet in everyday life. The activities were fun, and I really enjoyed being creative and genuinely 'getting away' from the hustle and bustle. There was no pressure to join in with anything, which created an environment that encouraged us all to be ourselves. We laughed, we cried, and we shared our stories and experiences! Tamara is a real shining light in the world.  I feel so glad to have had the opportunity to be part of something that really has improved my life. Thank you.
