What is the Woodcraft for Wellbeing program?
The Wood craft for Wellbeing program is a 4-6 week nature based mindfulness and wellbeing program created by a Social Enterprise, The Therapeutic Forest in the U.K.
The program is a collection of practical activities and mindfulness strategies that are explored together as an integral support to wellbeing and mental health.

Who is the Woodcraft for Wellbeing suitable for?
The program is suitable for all teens and adults who are interested in; learning practical nature-based and creative woodcraft skills, creating community, strengthening a connection to nature, and learning strategies for creating and maintaining positive mental health.
The program can be booked by schools, NGO’s, Charities, corporate entities, and private groups. No previous experience of any kind is required.
